Raw food provides the required nourishment for self-healing!

Man erred by attempting to improve on raw foods by cooking and processing them. Suffering and disease are the results!

One of the greatest tragedies in history is the change in diet man made from the original raw vegetarian/fruitarian diet to one of processed meat and cooked and artificial foods.

Man changed natural raw food into man-made, artificial, non-living, processed products we call "food!"

Man's body is a living organism, made of living cells, which require living food in order to be properly nourished and function well.

When we put cooked food into our body, loaded with contaminants, the body starts to break down.

It begins in the very young with colic, rashes, colds, earaches, upset stomachs, swollen glands, and tonsils.

As the child grows older, there may be tooth decay, pimples, the need for eye glasses, etc.

Then as we enter adult life there is arthritis, hypoglycemia, heart attacks, strokes, diabetes and cancers.

All this and a multitude of other diseases are unnecessary and are nothing but the result of improper diet and lifestyle

There are only four substances that nourish the body. They are fresh, pure air, pure water, moderate amounts of sunlight, and raw food. Anything else is a contaminate to the body and has an adverse effect on our health.

All food, as found in nature is RAW, and consists of the same basic three elements: (1)naturally distilled water, (2) roughage or fiber, and (3) nutrients.

The purest water known to man is found in raw fruits and vegetables, and water constitutes approximately 70% of our body.

Roughage(fiber) is necessary to keep the colon clean and functioning properly, while the lack of it causes constipation. It is mainly found in raw food like fruits and vegetables!

Nutrients make up the smallest part of plant life, but when received into our body in raw natural form provide all we need to be properly nourished.

There is a difference between the Vitamin C in a fresh apple or orange versus the Vitamin C in pharmaceutically manufactured, synthetic pill or synthetic vitamins

There is a difference between a fresh, living raw carrot and one that has been boiled, baked, steamed, radiated or processed, preserved and canned on a grocery shelf

Our body is a living organism made of living cells that are constantly regenerating and that living cells need living food to create healthy new living cells.

The life of body stems from the life of some 100 trillion living cells that are constantly regenerating. It is estimated that 300 million cells are replaced in our body every minute.

We know that the food we eat, the liquids we drink and the air we breathe provide the energy and the building blocks for this massive, ongoing rebuilding of cells.

We know that raw vegetables and fruits are composed of living cells, and that the cells of these fruits and vegetables contain the same organic minerals, natural vitamins, living enzymes and protein that our cells need.

We also know that cooking, freezing, radiating or processing kills food, stopping its cellular activity and that once we have taken the life from food, there is nothing we can do that can restore that life. This irreversible change alters amino acids (protein) and minerals, and destroys all enzymes and most vitamins.
